If I detected that the username you got was used by several people in various locations (and not by a legitimate user who has problems with connection), I WILL BLOCK IT FOREVER ; the person who published it will never be refunded ; and I will add him to a negative SHARED database.

I don't work night and day and spend thousands for giving it all free to unknown and unfair people.
I don't even want you to pay for joining, you are not my kind of users, who are at 99% honest, go to hell.

Hackers :

You are running a program trying to "guess" a Username / Password couple. This is stupid on a site protected against that, it will never work.

But if you like losing your time, go on...

 
1/ More than 2000 MB downloaded in 24 hours
I understand that maybe you want to download everything today if you love the site, but please understand that if there are no limits, some people could abuse (merely with downloading robots, who suck too much bandwidth), which would slow down regular users, or even put the server to fail.
The other sites generally allow you only 250 MB.

2/ Login from more than 4 different networks (or subnets, like 193.82.151.XXX)
The system cannot guess whether it was you those 4 times, or you and 3 friends, and has to block you by default.

AOL users (and atdn.net) : you may be blocked without any abuse, due to AOL odd system

and try to avoid multiple connections,
which may give you too many different IP addresses
3/ More than 10 failed logins (password mistyped or forgotten)

during which you should try to find your Username/Password...
4/ Username / Password given to a friend
 This is not fair, and contrary to the Terms.
A site needs money to live and produce good content. I can block your account immediately and forever, without refund, according to the Terms.

5/ Username / Password posted on newsgroups or password trading sites
Hopefully, my usual customers are not that kind of people !
However, in case of such a behaviour, I will not be kind at all. There are no excuses ! Such accounts are easy to detect and to block FOREVER.
