1. COPYRIGHT : You pay for the RIGHT of seeing or downloading the pics and vids only for your own unique personal use (you do not purchase them) ; you shall not copy them nor send them anywhere else (friends, newsgroups, emails, websites, prints...) - It is forbidden to EDIT or CROP or REMOVE LOGOS or WATERMARKS from the pics and vids. The contents remains the property of the site; the licensed contents remain the property of the third part companies. Any infringement will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law, I will not just kindly ask to remove the stuff.
2. PASSWORD SHARING : You shall not give your personal user names and passwords to anyone else - this misuse can lead to immediate termination of access, without any refund, for people who share passwords, especially on password sites, forums or chat rooms.
   If you obviously share your password (which is easy to see), you accept that :
   - your account will be immediately terminated, and your access blocked FOREVER ;
   - you will never be refunded ;
   - you will be reported to main billing agents, and added to negative customer database ;
   - your credit card will be added to negative database as well ;
   - additionnally, all your private data (excepted card data) may be added in a special list shared by webmasters ;

6. You accept that, for security reasons, the downloads in "members" area are limited to 2GB (2048MB) per day (4 times more than in most of other sites) ;
7. All the pics in the members area have one or more watermarks and logos, like in the preview.
